At Zibas Appraisal, we strive to provide five-star service to all for any appraisal need. Every appraisal ordered is performed personally by me, Dean Zibas. This page has some testimonials of my dedication to excellent customer service - from attorneys, real estate agents, lenders, accountants, wealth/estate management professionals and members of the general public. Company and full client names are not included due to the confidential nature of my business as well as my desire to keep my client list confidential.

However, let me first point out that I do not actively solicit reviews or testimonials, for several reasons. I do receive enough unsolicited compliments to document on pages like this one. For years I have worked with and/or am personal friends with dozens of loan officers, real estate agents, attorneys and wealth management professionals. If I made the effort I could undoubtebly fill more pages, but I don’t think potential clients are interested in reading several pages of similar comments. Also, my services are always done in confidence for clients, and many are done for purposes that can be emotionally distressing, such as due to the passing of a loved one, a bail bond, bankruptcy or a divorce. I would not be comfortable asking those type of clients - no matter how satisfied they are with my services - for a review. What I can say is that I always do my best and am satisfied with how my services have been reviewed, both on this page and in public forums - many positive reviews and at the time of this writing no negative reviews that I can locate.
