Looking for appraisal examples? I am glad I got your attention, as it provides me a good avenue to express to you an important concept in appraisal - confidentiality.
I do not have any appraisal examples to provide to you, because each and every appraisal I complete is done for and distributed only to my client. My client is allowed to distribute copies of the appraisal, as he or she owns it. I am only allowed to discuss the appraisal with my client except as granted permission from that client. That means I cannot even talk to parties such as the IRS, government officials, an opposing attorney or company in a legal case or even a family member. Should a client not be satisfied with the results of an appraisal, he or she does not have to disclose its information or even confirm that the report was completed. I am allowed to refer to the client’s property in the course of my research, but even then I keep the nature of my research confidential. So, rest assured if you become a valued client of mine everything about my appraisal of your property will be kept confidential.
One service I can demonstrate for you is my ability to measure and sketch properties. Below are my sketches from two custom home property appraisals I recently performed, noting that neither one shows the property’s address (confidentiality!). Each house improvement was over 10,000 sq. ft.
