My services cover all of Orange County and the majority of Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Los Angeles counties. If there is distant area where I am not comfortable doing an appraisal, I will be honest with you up front and perhaps refer you to another appraiser.

At Zibas Appraisal, we strive to provide excellent service to all for any appraisal need. Every appraisal ordered is performed personally by me, Dean Zibas. My credentials including holding a California Certified-Residential appraisal license - the highest state license level for residential appraisers, in addition to a BS Marketing degree from Cal State Long Beach and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Chapman University.
